Wednesday Shimmies
I don’t know about you, but right now I sure could use a bunch of shimmies to get me back on track!
There is nothing quite like a good shimmy session to shake up any stagnant energy, sweat a little bit (or a lot) and start to move things in the right direction again. This class is recommended for dancers who have some experience already- OR for dancers who just want to turbo charge their practice!
In this class, we will break down many different shimmies, then take them slow and fast and faster! Included will be tips, tricks and suggestions to help your shimmy go faster and smoother.
