10:00am: Beginner-friendly, all-levels class which depends upon the students in attendance Everyone welcome.
11:00am-12:00pm: Intermediate-level, putting it together! (This class is especially geared toward dancing together, choreography and potential casual performances, if you are ready and interested in participating, you are welcome to join in.)
Individual drop in classes: $15 each (or Sliding scale of $10) OR- just reserve your space and opt to bring cash (any amount)to class. Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds. Dance is self care!

Delve into movement from your head to your toes. Embrace the technical aspects of HOW to move your body to create the shapes and rhythms in this dance style. We will learn and practice the techniques and also practice dancing together in both improvisational and choreographical formats for group dynamics. The material covered will be tailored to the level of the dance students in attendance, but this is a beginner-friendly class. All levels are welcome and encouraged to join this class! I cannot wait to dance together in joyful harmony!
