Delve into movement from your head to your toes. Embrace the technical aspects of HOW to move your body to create the shapes and rhythms in this dance style. We will learn and practice the techniques and also practice dancing together in both improvisational and choreographical formats for group dynamics. The material covered will be tailored to the dance students in attendance, but this is a beginner-friendly class. All levels are welcome and encouraged to join this class! I cannot wait to dance together in joyful harmony!
Mask policy: We will be following current Jefferson County Masking Policies. Currently, 8/2022, masks are optional for class for ALL individuals. Mask Policy is subject to change according to current county requirements as needed, so if you have questions, please contact me directly.
