Delve into movement from your head to your toes. Embrace the technical aspects of HOW to move your body to create the shapes and rhythms in this dance style. We will learn and practice the techniques and also practice dancing together in both improvisational and choreographical formats for group dynamics. The material covered will be tailored to the dance students in attendance. All levels are welcome and encouraged to join this class! I cannot wait to dance together in joyful harmony!
