Let’s shimmy and shake and dance and quake! Then… slither and slink and make it smooooooth! Everyone loves shimmies! Hips and shoulders, glutes and abs and knees, oh my! Built upon the timelessness of the art of belly dancing, we will learn the techniques involved in shaking your body and your booty for multiple types of shimmies. Then, we will explore the slinky side of things with some slow, oooey goooey snaky moves. All the moves have both technical and artistic elements to explore! Let’s get to the bottom of these moves, learn the techniques and then put some of them together into a series to practice!

This workshop is sure to shake things up! All levels (including absolute beginners and more advanced students) are welcome and encouraged! Registration through PranaTonic Yoga
