This is a 1 hour class recorded and offered for you to take at your own time during the week. Elizabeth is offering 1 new video each week. (expect these classes to be delivered via Vimeo, Youtube or DropBox each week. The class material will compliment the Zoom classes each week, and they will work together, but it is not required to do both. This is a great option if you cannot attend any of the live zoom classes, if you would like a class recorded just for this purpose (not recorded from a live class), or if you would like a little extra class time!
One class video per week will be available throughout month. These videos are appropriate for all levels.
